- Rust-Oxidation and Anti-Wear Additives
- Medium-Viscosity Hydraulic System Service
Product Description
MOLYKOTE L-0346 Hydraulic Oil is an ISO 46 hydrocracked mineral hydraulic oil with rust-and-oxidation and anti-wear additives. It is intended for hydraulic systems within the supported applications of this oil family and should be selected against the equipment maker's viscosity and maintenance requirements. Typical properties of this grade include 45 cSt kinematic viscosity at 40 deg C, 6.6 cSt at 100 deg C and a viscosity index of 105. The 430 deg F flash point and -21 deg C pour point are laboratory properties, not continuous service or guaranteed startup limits.
Key features
- ISO 46 hydraulic-fluid selection: Provides an exact medium-viscosity grade for supported hydraulic-system requirements.
- Rust-oxidation and anti-wear additives: Contains the R&O/AW additive package for the exact L-0346 grade.
- 45 cSt viscosity at 40 deg C: This is the grade's typical kinematic viscosity at the stated test temperature.
Applications
Applications include hydraulic systems within the supported applications of this hydraulic-oil family and the equipment manufacturer's specified viscosity requirements.
