Product Description

LORD 7545-D Curative is the Part 2 curative for LORD 7545-A/D equal-mix urethane adhesive systems. Supplied as an off-white or black paste, it has a typical Brookfield viscosity of 230,000 to 650,000 cP at 77 deg F (25 deg C) and mixes with LORD 7545-A resin at 1:1 by volume or 1:0.85 by weight. The A/D configuration offers 11 to 18 minutes of typical working time and reaches handling strength in 90 minutes at 75 deg F (24 deg C). It is compatible with cartridge or automatic meter/mix/dispense application, and the mixed non-sag system can be placed on vertical or overhead surfaces. LORD 7545-D is not a standalone adhesive.
