Product Description

HumiSeal 2A14-U is a two-component polyurethane potting and encapsulation material with a six-minute pot life and 20-minute handling time. It cures to a tough, moisture-resistant, flexible polymer for electronic and industrial sealing where multiple thermal cycles or high mechanical shock are expected. Part A and Part B have typical viscosities of 2,000 and 2,500 cP, respectively, and mix at a 1:2 ratio. Full cure takes 24 hours at ambient conditions or one hour at 65 deg C. Substrates include metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics.
