BONDERITE M-ZN 210

Main features

  • Zinc-Phosphate Surface Preparation
  • Iron and Steel Treatment
  • Pre-Finish Conversion Stage

Product Description

BONDERITE M-ZN 210 AERO is a zinc-phosphate metal pretreatment for iron and steel before subsequent finishing or protective treatment. The liquid treatment is used in a surface-conversion step, preparing ferrous parts for the next coating or finish. Its zinc-phosphate chemistry and dedicated pretreatment role place it within the surface-preparation sequence rather than the final protective layer. Metal-processing lines can use it where a defined conversion-treatment stage is required before a protective or decorative finishing operation.

Key features

  • Zinc-phosphate chemistry: Provides a dedicated conversion-treatment step for ferrous metals.
  • Iron and steel surfaces: Applies to the specified ferrous substrate range.
  • Pre-finish preparation: Used before subsequent finishing or protective treatment.
