Product Description
BONDERITE M-NT 601 is a phosphate-free reactive conversion coating for steel, zinc, and aluminum surfaces. The treatment combines cleaning and coating in one metal-preparation step and can be applied by spray or immersion. It promotes adhesion of painted finishes, adds corrosion resistance, and supports a blemish-free finished appearance. This multi-metal pretreatment is used before painting where phosphate-free conversion chemistry and flexible application equipment are important. Spray-line and immersion-bath processes can use the same commercial treatment within the supported substrate range.
